Pure Ontario Maple Products

From Our Sugar Bush to Your Table

At Valleyfair Farm, maple syrup isn't just a product- it's been a family tradition that has been passed down through generations.

Our syrup is produced in small batches using a wood-fired evaporator, allowing us to carefully monitor every stage of the process while preserving the rich flavour that traditional wood fired maple syrup provides.

What began with a single large kettle has grown over the years.  The first evaporator arrived in 1949, a Canadian made gem that produced great maple Syrup for over 40 years.  After the Ice Storm of 1998 where we sustained major damage to our forest, maple production was suspended with plans to allow our Maple Forests to recover and regenerate fully.  In 2021 we determined the forest was ready and healthy and the planning began.  In the fall of 2023 Valleyfair farm ran 300 feet of mainline with 207 taps and added a beautiful new Evaporator to the Sugar camp.  In the fall of 2024, another 300 feet of mainline was added and the tap count grew to 498 taps.

In the winter of 2025/ 26 major upgrades to the sugar camp that would allow improved filtration efficiency and more room for bottling were completed.  The RO process was moved to a second building and 4000L of SAP storage was added.

In 2026 we joined the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association.  This membership allows us access to the best practices needed to ensure every bottle of syrup exceeds our customers' expectations.  Whether you're enjoying pancakes on Sunday, baking or glazing one of our pork roasts or just sweetening your coffee we are honoured to share every drop of Valleyfair Farm sweetness with you.
